We enjoyed the spacious room design and the pet-friendly amenities, making our stay comfortable while traveling with our dog. The staff was exceptionally accommodating throughout our time there.

The kitchenette offers a nice touch for those wanting to prepare their own meals. It's well-equipped. The location is perfect for events at the Plano Event Center.

Upon check-in, the room felt uncomfortably hot and wasn't properly cleaned. Dirty wrappers were found in the drawers. The toilet wouldn't flush, and there was a noticeable lack of directional signs leading to the entrance, which made it tricky to locate. Some bedding showed signs of wear, and noise from connecting rooms can disrupt sleep-especially loud neighbors.

home2 suites by hilton offers a clean and modern feel. I loved the little gym with a peloton bike, which was a nice surprise! The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating me with a complimentary late checkout. The breakfast spread was better than many places I've stayed before.

The room was super spacious and really clean. The comfy bed made for a decent night, though I had some trouble with the wifi cutting out. Loved the laundry access, and the variety at breakfast was pretty solid too. Just a heads up, it can get noisy if you're near the laundry room.

Staying with a group of friends was a blast! We visited Watters Creek for shopping and had a great time at Twin Creek Golf Club. The kitchenette was perfect for quick meals, and the hotel was conveniently located near everything we needed. Friendly staff made our stay even better. I recommend checking it out!

I stayed in a Queen Studio, Non-Smoking for 2 nights and it was super comfy. The bed was cozy, and the kitchen amenities were great for making snacks. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the thoughtful touches like the Texas-shaped waffles at breakfast. The lobby had nice coffee options too, and it felt modern overall.
